Class/Cancellation Policies
- Being on time is essential! Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed in class. No exceptions!
- Must be at least 18 to attend classes.
- Please arrive early if you need to shop for supplies before a class.
- Sewing 101 is a prerequisite for all machine sewing classes.
- There are no refunds for missed classes. If you notify us at least one week in advance you may reschedule for different session.
- If we need to cancel a class we will issue you a refund or transfer your payment to a future session of your choice.
- Cell phones should be turned off during class. For emergency circumstances, please take calls outside of classroom.
Store/Online Shopping Policies
- Cut fabric cannot be returned – no exceptions. Swatches are available both in the store and via mail for our online customers.
- Books and patterns can be returned within 30 days in their original condition and with a receipt.
- We love pets, but cannot allow them in our store.
